There have been many State Clubs formed in the past that have become idle, stagnant, and then have died a slow and painful death. ARIZONA-Art-History, however, is being founded by a dynamic individual that has founded 8 other clubs that are alive, and well after a full year of activity.

This Founder believes that most State Clubs die because they limit themselves to a specialized art form and do not consider that states are living entities. States have a past, present, and future. States are not only landscapes, skyscapes, and waterscapes, but they are people, buildings, agriculture, animals, vegetation, and living current events such as politics, fairs, concerts, sporting events, and so much more.

STATE MEMBERSHIP: PIMA COUNTY

How about something on how to post your icon in signature/journal please? What is signature? Sorry some of us are new to DA and the FAQ is never very helpful.

Am honored to be among such talented company. My other degree is in writing so please let me know what sort of duties being the correspondent would involve.

Judging by the number of people who submit their membership requests on this page you might consider changing your policy and allow people to apply here. There is no notes link on this page. I may not be the only new member that was confused by that. Just trying to help you improve not trying to be argumentative.

I would like to make this a "Living Club" so that anyone who visits here will see more about Arizona than just the Grand Canyon, our expansive deserts, and our firey skies. I would like to write three weekly columns:

:firelite-photo: Our Featured Artist of the Week
:firelite-photo: This Week in Arizona History
:firelite-photo: This Week's Events By County

I would, also, like to open up the forum within the *ARIZONA-Art-History Club to discuss issues that affect ALL Arizonans.

Please, respond, with your opinion, by posting a Note to the Club. Address the Note "Club Development Issues".
